POWERBLISS! week is for those who love who desire or want a little more variety in their yoga practice. The ultimate goal is to marry strength and flexibility – thus tapping deeper into their yoga practice. Many of those who begin with a beginner series like Bikram start to yearn for more variety and to dig deeper into their overall practice.
Bruce Kessler, Hot Yoga Bliss Director: “ In the past few years I have incorporated to my Bikram regimen at least 2-3 power flow classes weekly. The results in upper body strength has been amazing” So, in essence the PowerBliss! week will include a mix of Hot Power Vinyasa with some set seried classes incorporating all different styles. We will have a safe inversion class and some arm balances. Combine this with the great food and all the other amenities listed and it will be one of the most satisfying weeks you will experience in a yoga retreat. And of course, meeting new people in a gorgeous and pristine setting. No matter If you are new and single or a couple who wants to experiment with a new type of yoga – this week is for you. The Hot Yoga Pure Bliss Weeks are for those who love the Bikram method series! Practicing the 90 minute class twice daily (except weekends) will allow you to explore your practice and see results within the first few days. We all know that Hot Yoga done the right way (two sets of each asana) will create varying states of enlightenment, inner peace and calm. This combined with the beauty of the resort.
Hot Pilates involves cardio and muscle toning in a heated room. The high intensity interval training keeps your heart rate up, helping you burn fat. The Pilates principles sculpt your body, creating long lean muscle mass. The heat loosens up the muscles quickly, and the humidity makes you sweat — elevating your heart rate, boosting metabolism, and promoting detoxification. Get tanned and toned in one week!
This week will be an amazing experience. Combining sweaty Bikram method classes in the morning with soothing Yin classes in the evening! Yin is currently one of the most popular yoga styles. Holding postures longer in a soothing and meditative environment will build awareness and inner peace. It’s an introspective practice that creates awareness of inner silence and wakes up interconnection.
